Hi, I’m Danie – your Chiropractor and Mind Body Alignment Coach. I’ve always believed that healing isn’t just about relieving pain — it’s
about understanding the why behind it.
As a Mind Body Alignment Coach, I combine hands-on chiropractic care with lifestyle and mindset coaching. I work with clients who are dealing with physical pain, tension, and stress — but also feel mentally drained, stuck in autopilot, or overwhelmed by burnout.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to support people in a more holistic way:
- Chiropractor – focused on musculoskeletal health, posture, and nervous system regulation
- Qualified Mat Pilates Instructor – supporting strength, alignment, and mobility
- Trained in Sound Meditation and Breathwork - to calm the body and support emotional wellbeing
Currently completing Nutrition Coaching Certification – exploring how stress, fatigue, poor food choices, and inflammation can contribute to pain
