Danie shares her honest story of burnout, healing, and finding her way back to alignment. As a Chiropractor and Mind Body Alignment Coach, she’s seen how stress and physical tension can affect the body — but it wasn’t until she experienced burnout herself that everything shifted. Pushing through fatigue, ignoring the signs, and living in constant “go mode” led her to a breaking point. The unexpected loss of her grandfather became the catalyst for change — a moment that forced her to pause, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out.
That moment sparked a new way of living. Danie created Empowered Living Coaching to guide others through the same journey she walked herself — from survival mode to a more calm, clear, and energised life.

Devon shares his honest story of mindset, resilience, injury, and comeback — showing how the 1% mindset helped him rebuild purpose and strength. His injuries tested him on every level, but through reflection, discipline, and inner work, he turned those setbacks into growth.
He’ll also share practical strategies on motivation, mental resilience, and turning challenges into opportunities.

Functional Medicine Doctor & Fatigue Decoder
Ailina specialises in helping people experiencing fatigue, brain fog, and body aches — especially when conventional approaches haven’t provided clear answers. With over 30 years of experience in medicine, she now uses a Functional Medicine approach to investigate root causes like hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and nutritional gaps.
